Indonesia Book Fair 2003

Following the success of a similar event last year, the 23rd
Indonesia Book Fair 2003 will be held on Sept. 24 to Sept. 18 in
Jakarta.

The annual book fair has become increasingly popular, with the
number of visitors and exhibitors -- both from Indonesia and
other countries -- exceeding expectations.

The fair provides the rare opportunity for the publishing
industry, importers and others to promote their products.

The Association of Indonesian Publishers (IKAPI), as the host
of the fair, has reappointed its strategic partner PT Dyandra
Promosindo as organizer.

The fair's theme is"Buku & Perempuan" (Books & Woman). It is
open to all publishers and related industries, producers of
publishing & printing equipment, stationery suppliers,
representatives of international publishing companies, and
others.

Finally, all IKAPI members and local and international
publishing companies are invited to support and participate in
this exhibition, in a step toward the most commendable
achievement of -- a country of "well educated people".
