BCA to Distribute Interim Dividends Three Times This Year

JAKARTA — PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) will distribute interim dividends three times during 2026 for the 2026 financial year.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the interim dividend distributions are planned to be carried out each quarter, following approval from the Board of Commissioners.

“This is expected to enhance cash flow for shareholders who have consistently supported us,” he said in a written statement on Friday 13 March 2026.

The decision to distribute interim dividends three times in a single year was announced during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2025, which was held on Thursday 12 March 2026.

During the AGMS 2025, the company also decided to distribute an interim dividend of Rp 41.4 trillion for 2025 net profit of Rp 57.5 trillion. Each BBCA share received a cash dividend of Rp 336.

The total dividend distribution was equivalent to 72 per cent of net profit. This dividend payout ratio increased from the 2024 financial year, which was 67.4 per cent.

“We express our deepest appreciation for the confidence and support from all shareholders. BCA remains focused on the company’s business fundamentals and proceeds prudently in 2026,” he said.
