PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) plans to distribute interim dividends three times in 2026. The plan aligns with BCA’s commitment to delivering added value to shareholders, particularly retail shareholders.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that distributing interim dividends more than once per year represents a new breakthrough for the bank. The interim dividends will be distributed quarterly.

“This quarterly interim dividend distribution is expected to increase cash flow for shareholders who have consistently supported us. The bank ensures this plan also adjusts to financial conditions and has received approval from the Board of Commissioners,” said Hendra in a statement received on Friday, 13 March.

BCA completed its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) at Menara BCA Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, on Thursday, 12 March. One of the decisions made at the RUPST concerned the allocation of net profit. Based on BCA’s net profit for the 2025 financial year of Rp57.5 trillion, the RUPST approved the distribution of cash dividends of Rp336 per share.

Additionally, BCA distributed final dividends for the 2025 financial year that exceeded previous years. For the 2025 financial year, BCA distributed total final dividends worth Rp41.3 trillion, with a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 72%, an increase from the 2024 financial year’s DPR of approximately 67.4%.

“We express our deepest appreciation for the trust and support from all shareholders. BCA remains focused on the bank’s business fundamentals and will proceed prudently in 2026,” concluded Hendra.
