The annual general meeting of shareholders of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has resolved for the company to distribute interim dividends three times during 2026. The interim dividend distribution will be carried out each quarter.

The plan aligns with BCA’s commitment to providing added value to shareholders, particularly retail shareholders. BCA’s President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the distribution of interim dividends more than once per year represents a new breakthrough for the company.

The distribution of interim dividends each quarter is expected to enhance cash flow for shareholders who have been with BCA. “The company ensures this plan also adjusts to financial conditions and has obtained approval from the Board of Commissioners,” said Hendra Lembong in an official statement on Friday, 13 March 2026.

Previously, BCA held its annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPST) on Thursday, 12 March 2026. One of the decisions made at the RUPST was the allocation of net profit to be distributed as dividends.

Throughout the 2025 financial year, BCA recorded a net profit of IDR 57.5 trillion. The RUPST set the allocation of net profit to be distributed as cash dividends of IDR 336 per share.

The bank with stock code BBCA has also distributed final dividends for the 2025 financial year reaching IDR 41.3 trillion. The dividend distribution ratio (DPR) increased to 72 per cent from the previous 67.4 per cent compared to the 2024 financial year. The dividend amount this year is recorded as the highest compared to previous years.

Hendra Lembong expressed appreciation for shareholder support. He affirmed that in 2026, BCA will remain focused on maintaining sound business fundamentals and implementing prudent principles.
