BCA Simplifies Customers' Travel Plans to Australia Through Travel Fair
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is providing conveniences for customers planning trips to Australia by facilitating various needs through a travel fair. This is realised through a collaboration with Tourism Australia and several airlines along with travel agents. The travel exhibition titled BCA Australia Travel Fair is taking place from 23-26 April 2026 at the Main Atrium of Gandaria City Mall in Jakarta. “This collaboration represents our commitment to facilitating the needs of customers planning trips to Australia, by presenting a process that is easier, more practical, and filled with attractive offers,” said BCA’s Executive Vice President for Transaction Banking Business Development, Norisa, in her statement in Jakarta on Friday. Norisa added that the company hopes to provide an optimal transaction experience for customers, from the planning stage to returning from the Land of the Kangaroo. “BCA is committed to delivering the best services and solutions so that customers can enjoy safe and comfortable transactions for every need,” she said. Referring to Tourism Australia’s Consumer Demand Project 2025, more than half of Indonesian tourists are considering visiting Australia within the next four years. Tourism Australia’s Regional General Manager for South and Southeast Asia, Jennifer Doig, observed the high interest from Indonesian society in holidaying in Australia, which is reflected, among other things, in the increasing trend of sportcations, a combination of sports activities and holiday experiences. “We are very enthusiastic to partner again with BCA to bring back the BCA Australia Travel Fair in Jakarta, a step driven by the high interest from Indonesian society in holidaying in Australia,” said Jennifer. She added that through a consortium of Muslim travel agents, they are also striving to provide conveniences and added value for Indonesian tourists to explore various destinations in Australia as future travel goals. The BCA Australia Travel Fair 2026 not only features offers for flight tickets and general holiday packages but also accommodates various holiday trends such as sportcations (sports tourism), family holidays, and Muslim-friendly holiday packages with curated itineraries from consultants. Visitors to the travel exhibition can consult with Aussie Specialists, certified consultants for trips to Australia, who are present to assist with travel planning. In addition, there are various interactive activities at the event location that families and children can enjoy.
