BCA Responds to Complaint Regarding Difficulties Opening a CV Business Account

In response to a complaint from Mr Haris Winoto published in the Media Konsumen editorial on 10 July 2025, titled "Opening a CV Account at BCA Made Difficult", PT Bank Central Asia Tbk wishes to express its gratitude for the attention and trust placed in the bank.

Regarding the matter, BCA confirms that its staff contacted the customer on 16 July 2025, and the complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.

BCA apologises for any inconvenience experienced and greatly values all feedback received. The bank remains committed to continuous improvement in order to enhance the quality of its services.
