BCA Paylater Users Reach 189,000 Customers
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, or BCA, recorded 189,000 customers using its Paylater service by December 2025. This figure represents a 16% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
BCA’s Executive Vice President for Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility, Hera F. Heryn, stated that the growth in the Paylater service aligns with industry dynamics. “BCA’s Paylater performance up to the end of 2025 continues to show healthy growth,” Hera told Tempo on Wednesday, 18 March 2026.
According to her, the performance improvement tends to occur during specific periods such as year-end, Ramadan, and leading up to Eid al-Fitr.
Hera explained that the growth is evident during times of increased customer needs for retail transactions, mobility, and consumption, including bookings for flight tickets and hotels.
In addition to the growth in the number of users, the outstanding value or total Paylater financing at BCA reached Rp 330 billion by the end of 2025.
BCA’s Paylater service is used for transactions via QRIS and applied for through the myBCA app. This scheme is one of the short-term financing options offered by banks amid the rising trend of digital payments.
BCA stated that credit disbursement through this service continues to consider principles of prudence and risk management.
