Nevertheless, BCA’s digital banking services will remain accessible to customers around the clock. BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the company is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of services and ease of transactions for customers throughout this extended holiday period. “We are always striving to ensure that customers have access and ease of transacting throughout this holiday and joint leave period through various hybrid banking service channels from BCA,” said Hendra in an official statement on Thursday (14/5/2026). “BCA is committed to being present and ready to respond to various customer financial service needs, so that the best moments with loved ones remain uninterrupted,” he added. During the holiday and joint leave period, customers can still access various BCA digital services via myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA. Additionally, cash transaction services are available through the cardless feature on myBCA and BCA mobile. With this feature, customers can deposit or withdraw cash at ATMs without using a card.
