BCA Operational Schedule During Lebaran Holiday 2026, When Will It Reopen?
Information regarding the bank holiday for Lebaran 2026 is important for members of the public who wish to continue accessing financial services during the joint holiday period.
A number of banks, including PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), have adjusted their services in accordance with government policy.
The government has set the joint holiday period for Nyepi Day and Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah on 18–24 March 2026.
During this period, there will be changes to the bank holiday operational schedule, including services at branch offices.
A complete list of branch offices that will remain open on 18, 20, and 24 March can be accessed through BCA’s official website.
Non-financial transactions at customer service will include account opening or closure, changes to customer data, card replacement, and registration of banking facilities. Customers can still make cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and fund transfers through BI-FAST.
However, services such as clearing, RTGS/SKNBI transfers, and foreign currency transactions will not be available as they follow Bank Indonesia’s operational holiday schedule.
In addition, cash deposits and withdrawals can also be carried out without a card through the cardless feature in the application. Various other features such as myBCA on Smartwatch, Poket Rupiah, and the BagiBagi feature for sharing holiday bonuses can also be utilised.
“BCA is committed to maintaining smooth operations and financial services for all customers during the joint holiday and Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 2026. We ensure that customers can continue to access various BCA financial services through various channels utilising hybrid banking services,” said BCA President Director Hendra Lembong in an official statement.
