BCA Opens Registration for 2027 Bakti Scholarship for State University Students

Registration for the 2027 Bakti BCA Scholarship programme has officially opened. The programme is open to active undergraduate (S1) students at state universities in Indonesia. According to BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono, the programme is designed to provide educational funding and self-development support for the nation’s young generation. “Education is a long-term investment that plays a crucial role in the nation’s progress. It is hoped that the recipients of the Bakti BCA Scholarship, known as ‘Bakti Champions’, will not only complete their studies successfully but also grow into an adaptive generation with integrity, ready to make a positive impact on society and the nation,” he said in a written statement on Sunday (9/8/2026). In addition to financial assistance covering tuition fees and living costs, the scholarship includes a series of development programmes such as a transformational programme, a national summit, company visits, financial literacy education, and a community empowerment initiative called the ‘Bakti Champions Movement’. Recipients will also join the Bakti BCA Scholarship alumni network. EVP Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility BCA, Hera F. Haryn, stated that the company aims to provide broader opportunities for Indonesian students to develop themselves both academically and non-academically, enabling them to optimise their talents and contribute meaningfully to the nation. Since 1999, BCA scholarship recipients have totalled more than 9,200 individuals. Last year, 700 students were selected to receive the Bakti BCA Scholarship.
