BCA Named One of Asia's Best Workplaces, Secures Three HR Awards
BCA has once again been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia at the HR Asia Awards 2026, marking the eighth consecutive year the bank has received this recognition. The award, organised by Business Media International, evaluates companies based on three main aspects: CORE (Collective Organisation for Real Engagement), SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul), and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do).
In addition to the main award, the company also secured the HR Asia Tech Empowerment Award 2026 and the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025 for Best Employer Branding in the large-scale company category with over 10,000 employees.
BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono stated that these accolades reflect the company’s commitment to implementing practices and policies that prioritise employee welfare and foster a positive working environment and culture. “These three awards mirror the consistency of all BCA personnel in creating a healthy and positive work ecosystem. This achievement is the fruit of our collective efforts. We will continue to strive to provide a work environment that enables every individual to grow, innovate, and contribute their best, both professionally and personally,” she said in a written statement on Friday (26/6/2026).
The company’s consistent above-industry-average scores in internal employee surveys formed the basis for its recognition as one of the best companies to work for in Asia. The special HR Asia Tech Empowerment Award further underscores BCA’s success in leveraging technology to enhance the work experience and human resources transformation. This appreciation was earned through tangible efforts to implement technology that supports productivity, collaboration, and work process effectiveness across all business lines, creating a more integrated and agile business process.
Furthermore, the Best Employer Branding award from LinkedIn Talent Awards was based on a rigorous assessment of the company’s success in building a strong image and attracting top talent through effective employer branding strategies, positive candidate experiences, and the use of digital platforms to reach and develop talent. “For us, employer branding is not just about how the company is perceived externally, but how every colleague can feel sincerity, mutual support, and enjoy a positive work experience every day. This achievement serves as both a reminder and encouragement for us to continue learning and improving,” Lianawaty added.
