BCA Finances Prosperous KPR for Subsidised Housing in Serang, Here are the Specifications

SERANG - As many as 51 subsidised housing units at Puri Harmoni, developed by Vista Land Group, have received the inaugural Prosperous Home Ownership Credit (KPR Sejahtera) facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). The event was attended by the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait, also known as Ara, Director of Vista Land Group Esther Kristiany Hadi, and BCA President Director Hendra Lembong at Puri Harmoni in Serang, Banten, on Tuesday (28/4/2026). Esther stated that all units in the project are subsidised homes with specifications adjusted to comply with the government programme requirements. “The house type is 30 with a land area of 60. Everything in this project is subsidised,” said Esther in Banten on Tuesday (28/4/2026). She added that each unit is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom. “So we have prepared it accordingly, including the back area being enclosed. Thus, minimal renovations are needed,” she said. According to Esther, all houses are also equipped with ownership certificates, providing legal certainty for buyers. Besides the project in Serang, Vista Land Group is also developing housing in several other areas such as Cileungsi, Tangerang, and Bekasi. She conveyed that BCA’s Prosperous KPR programme helps developers in marketing homes, including to consumer segments with financial capabilities above the subsidy recipient limit. “With a ceiling of up to Rp 350 million, this helps provide solutions for consumers who need their first home but have greater financial capacity,” Esther emphasised.
