BCA Expands Home and Vehicle Financing in Bandung
BCA is expanding its home and vehicle financing in Bandung through the BCA Expo Bandung, held on 12-13 September 2026 in the IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area. The event brings the public together with property developers as well as car and motorcycle dealers to provide information and access to financing.
BCA Director Haryanto T. Budiman stated that Bandung possesses dynamic economic activity with diverse financial service needs. According to him, a direct approach through regional activities is necessary so that the community can obtain financing information tailored to their requirements.
“Furthermore, the community is dynamic and always open to practical financial solutions,” Herdapat said in Bandung last weekend.
Through the BCA Expo Bandung, BCA is offering several financing products, primarily Home Ownership Loans (KPR), Motor Vehicle Loans (KKB), and Motorcycle Loans (KSM). The public can engage in direct discussions with developers and dealers regarding financing options for both houses and vehicles.
For new home mortgages (KPR), BCA is offering interest rates starting from 1.23 per cent fixed for one year with a provision fee of 0.81 per cent. Meanwhile, vehicle loans (KKB) for cars and motorcycles are offered with interest rates starting from 1.80 per cent flat for a one-year tenor.
For two-wheeled vehicles, BCA provides KSM with interest rates starting from 5.69 per cent flat, along with a reduction in administration fees of Rp200,000. Additionally, KKB for new passenger cars receives an administration fee discount of up to Rp900,000.
Hianni, Head of BCA Regional Office I, stated that the activity serves as a means to bring financing services closer to the people of Bandung. Direct interaction also provides an opportunity for prospective customers to learn about product options that suit their needs.
