BCA distributes Rp3.07 trillion interim dividend for Q3 2026
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (ticker code: BBCA) is disbursing Rp3.07 trillion for an interim dividend in the third quarter of the 2026 financial year, as part of the company’s plan to pay interim dividends three times in 2026.
This interim dividend distribution is the second, after the first interim dividend for the second quarter of the 2026 financial year was paid on 26 June 2026.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday that the value of the interim dividend distributed by BCA in the third quarter of the 2026 financial year has taken into account the company’s solid capital position, adequate liquidity, business development of the company and its subsidiaries, and well-maintained asset quality.
For the next interim dividend distribution plan, the dividend per share will consider and adjust to the company’s financial condition.
“We are grateful to be able to once again carry out our commitment to distribute interim dividends more than once in the 2026 financial year,” said Hendra Lembong.
He added that the higher interim dividend value compared to the previous quarter reflects the company’s solid performance in the first half of 2026.
“This breakthrough is expected to be a gift for investors, coinciding with the month of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia,” he said.
Previously, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 12 March 2026, the company’s directors informed that for the 2026 financial year, if the company’s financial condition permits, the directors with the approval of the board of commissioners may distribute interim dividends three times in 2026, planned to be distributed per quarter.
All interim dividends distributed in the 2026 financial year will be taken into account in the company’s final dividend for the 2026 financial year, which will be distributed after obtaining approval from the company’s AGMS in 2027.
As of June 2026, BCA recorded credit growth of 8.0 percent year on year (yoy) reaching Rp1,036 trillion. This achievement, the company noted, marks the first time lending has exceeded Rp1,000 trillion.
The lending was supported by solid funding, with current accounts and savings accounts (CASA) amounting to Rp1,082 trillion, growing 10.2 percent (yoy). Total profit of BCA and its subsidiaries reached Rp29.5 trillion in the first half of 2026.
