PT Bank Central Asia Tbk has resumed its share buyback on 19–21 October 2026. The corporate action follows a similar programme carried out in April and June 2026.

In an official statement on Monday (19 October 2026), Bank Central Asia said the buyback had been approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 financial year on 12 March 2026. The decision was made to support the stability of the domestic financial market.

“The buyback reflects our confidence in the company’s business fundamentals while also supporting the stability of Indonesia’s capital market,” Bank Central Asia management said in its statement.

Under the annual meeting’s resolution, the buyback programme runs for 12 months, from 12 March 2026 to 11 March 2027. The company may end the programme earlier, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

“The buyback will not have a material impact on the company’s financial performance or business activities. The company will also take market conditions into account in carrying out the programme,” Bank Central Asia management said.
