BCA Appoints New Chief Information Officer

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) appointed a new director through its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held in Jakarta on Thursday, 12 March 2026.

Shareholders elected David Formula as Director of Information Technology for the company.

The appointment was made after David Formula passed the Fit and Proper Test conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The assessment results are documented in the Decision of the OJK Board Member No. KEPR-11/D.03/2026 dated 13 February 2026.

“The RUPS elected Mr David Formula as Director of the Company, who has passed the Fit and Proper Test as set forth in the Decision of the Board Member of the Financial Services Authority,” stated BCA management in an official statement.

The RUPS also reaffirmed the composition of BCA’s Board of Directors for the coming period.

Hendra Lembong serves as President Director. The positions of Vice President Director are held by Armand Wahyudi Hartono and John Kosasih.

Other board members comprise Subur Tan, Lianawaty Suwono (who also oversees compliance functions), Santoso, Vera Eve Lim, Haryanto Tiara Budiman, Frengky Chandra Kusuma, Antonius Widodo Mulyono, and Hendra Tanumihardja.

The same meeting also expressed appreciation to outgoing board members.

“The RUPS expresses the highest appreciation and gratitude to Mr Rudy Susanto for the services rendered during his tenure as Director of the Company,” stated management.

“The RUPS expresses the highest appreciation and gratitude to Mr Cyrillus Harinowo for the services rendered during his tenure as Independent Commissioner of the Company,” stated management.

The composition of BCA’s Board of Commissioners comprises President Commissioner Jahja Setiaatmadja, Commissioner Tonny Kusnadi, and Independent Commissioners Raden Pardede and Sumantri Slamet.
