Jakarta — PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operational schedule of its branch offices throughout the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr joint holidays and leave in 2026, following the joint leave schedule established by the government from 18-24 March 2026.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the bank is committed to maintaining smooth operations and financial services for all customers during this period.

“We ensure that customers can continue to access various financial services from BCA through various channels by utilising our hybrid banking services,” said Hendra in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

On 19, 21, 22, and 23 March 2026, all branch offices and weekend banking services will not operate. BCA branches will resume normal operations on 25 March 2026.

During limited operational hours, transactions that can be serviced at branches include non-financial transactions at customer service (CS) counters, comprising account opening and closing, data changes, card replacement, facility registration, and other non-financial transactions.

Financial transactions at teller counters include deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers via BI-FAST, and other services (clearing transactions, transfers via RTGS/SKNBI, and foreign exchange services cannot be serviced as Bank Indonesia will not be operating).

Hendra stated that the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr period is typically characterised by increased transaction activity. Therefore, the bank is responding with system readiness, network capacity, and service channels to ensure customers can continue to transact safely and comfortably.
