BCA Adjusts Branch Operations During 2026 Idul Adha, Waisak and Pancasila Day Holidays

BCA adjusts its branch operating schedule during the 2026 Idul Adha, Waisak and Pancasila Day holidays. This adjustment follows the government-set holiday and leave schedule from May 27-28 and May 31 to June 1, 2026. BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the company is committed to maintaining banking transaction access for all customers during the holiday period. All BCA branches will be closed on May 27-28 and June 1. Weekend banking services operate normally on May 30 but not on May 31. Branches operate normally on May 29 and from June 2 onwards. The company reaffirmed its commitment to serving customers through its digital ecosystem, with 24/7 banking services available via myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA. Customers can use the cardless feature in myBCA and BCA mobile for cash deposits and withdrawals at ATMs without a card.
