BBRI Dividend of Rp 31.47 Trillion Paid Today, Investors Receive Rp 209 Per Share
JAKARTA – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) has officially paid out cash dividends to shareholders today, Friday (8 May 2026). This addresses queries from investors regarding the timing of the BBRI 2026 dividend distribution.
The BBRI 2026 dividend payment represents the final dividend for the 2025 fiscal year, amounting to Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209 per share.
This payout follows the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held by BRI on 10 April 2026.
“The amount includes the Interim Dividend already distributed to Shareholders on 15 January 2026, totalling Rp 20.63 trillion or Rp 137 per share,” stated management in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday (14 April 2026).
Thus, the remaining cash dividend or final dividend paid today amounts to Rp 209 per share or Rp 31.47 trillion.
Shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are those recorded in the Shareholder Registry (recording date) on 22 April 2026.
“This dividend distribution is based on the Company’s continued positive performance, supported by strengthening in the UMKM segment as BRI’s core business, as well as accelerated digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and improve operational efficiency,” said Hery.
BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny added that the dividend policy maintains a balance between profit distribution to shareholders and strengthening the Company’s capital structure.
“The dividend payout reflects BRI’s commitment to delivering optimal and sustainable economic value to shareholders, while also demonstrating strong fundamentals and the Company’s performance resilience amid global economic dynamics,” Dhanny said in a written statement on Friday (8 May 2026).
From a fundamental perspective, BBRI recorded consolidated net profit of Rp 15.63 trillion in the first quarter of 2026, a 13.77% year-on-year increase compared to the same period last year.
BBRI’s net interest income rose 11.90% year-on-year to Rp 40.16 trillion. Meanwhile, total consolidated assets reached Rp 2,249.83 trillion, with credit disbursements amounting to Rp 1,497.27 trillion.
BRI’s liquidity remains stable, as reflected in a Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) of 136.9% and a Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) of 117.7%.
The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for BRI stands at 26.63% on a consolidated basis and 23.52% on a bank-only basis.
In line with the Company’s 2026 Annual Work Plan (RKAP), BRI targets annual credit growth of 7% to 9%, particularly in the UMKM segment as the primary focus of the Company’s business.
