BBRI Distributes Final Dividend of Rp 209 per Share

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) has released the payment date for the final dividend, or the remaining payment of the dividend for the 2025 fiscal year. The amount of cash dividend to be paid by BRI to shareholders is Rp 209 per share and will begin to be disbursed on 8 May 2026.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held by BRI on 10 April 2026 approved Rp 52.10 trillion, or Rp 346 per share, to be set as cash dividend. The interim dividend, or that already distributed to shareholders on 15 January 2026, amounted to Rp 20.63 trillion.

Thus, the remaining amount of cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209 per share, as quoted from the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.

The payment will be carried out with the provision that the dividend for the 2025 fiscal year will be paid proportionally to each shareholder whose name is recorded in the list on the recording date. Furthermore, the Board of Directors is given authority and power with the right of substitution to determine the schedule and procedures for distribution in accordance with applicable provisions.

In addition, the BRI AGMS also approved and determined the use of the Company’s Consolidated Net Profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity for the 2025 Fiscal Year, totalling Rp 56.65 trillion. In addition to being distributed as cash dividend, Rp 4.54 trillion will be used as retained earnings balance.
