BBCA Dividend Distribution Schedule: Rp 281 Per Share, Note the Dates
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) or BBCA will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp 336 per share. This decision was set at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 12 March 2026.
The total dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp 55 per share, which was paid on 22 December 2025. Thus, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp 281 per share.
The company’s management stated that the remaining dividend will be given to shareholders whose names are recorded in the shareholder list on the record date.
This means investors wishing to receive the dividend must hold BBCA shares no later than the end of trading on 27 March 2026 for the regular and negotiated markets.
Assuming a BBCA share price of Rp 6,775 on 17 March 2026, the potential dividend yield from the remaining payment of Rp 281 per share is around 4.15%.
Throughout the year to date, BBCA’s share price has weakened by about 16.10%. At the end of 2025, shares of this largest private bank were still at Rp 8,075 per share.
In terms of performance, the total dividend distributed equates to about 72% of the 2025 net profit, which reached Rp 57.5 trillion. This dividend payout ratio has increased compared to the previous year, which was 67.4%.
In addition to the final dividend, the company also plans to distribute interim dividends more frequently starting from the 2026 fiscal year.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that interim dividends are planned to be distributed up to three times a year or quarterly, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners.
This step is expected to increase cash flow for shareholders, particularly retail investors, while providing added value for investors who consistently hold the company’s shares.
“We express our utmost appreciation for the trust and support from all shareholders. BCA remains focused on the company’s business fundamentals and will proceed prudently in 2026,” he said.
