BAZNAS continues to strengthen the digital transformation of Qurban services through the 2026 Program Kurban Berkah Berdayakan Desa 2026, with a view to delivering Qurban services that are easy to access, trustworthy, transparent, and have wide-reaching impact for communities.

By integrating digital services, the public can now perform Qurban conveniently via the official website, crowdfunding platforms, e-commerce, fintech, and digital banking services.

Rizaludin Kurniawan, head of BAZNAS’ Mobilisation and Collection Division, said the digital transformation is a key part of boosting public trust in the governance of national Qurban.

‘We want to ensure people can perform Qurban easily, transparently, and target appropriately. Digitalisation makes the payment process, monitoring, and reporting of Qurban distribution easier,’ he said on Friday (22 May 2026).

He added that the digital system built by BAZNAS not only speeds up services but also strengthens accountability in the management of umat funds.

‘Public trust is a large mandate that must be safeguarded with professional governance,’ he said.

One digital innovation implemented at BAZNAS Lampung Tengah’s Livestock Centre is the SIRENA application (System Identification and Recording of Livestock) and SIEMBE, a VBA Macro Excel-based application created by local cadres to record livestock mutations, veterinary treatment, weighing, and financial reporting for groups.

Iskandar Zulkarnain, chairman of BAZNAS Province of Lampung, said the application greatly assists in managing livestock enterprises.

‘Previously, manual record-keeping often fell through. Now all livestock data is neater and easier to monitor. This helps farmers learn modern management,’ he told reporters in Bandar Lampung on the evening of Thursday 21 May 2026.

Iskandar stated that digital transformation is important to ensure Qurban management becomes more professional and trusted.

‘We want to build a modern Qurban ecosystem, transparent and with broad impact for village communities,’ he said.

Meanwhile, Indra Sofwatama, head of the Yufeed Berkah Mulia Producer Cooperative at Balai Ternak Lampung Tengah, admitted that the digital system makes farmers more disciplined and professional.

‘We can track livestock development, feed costs, and even sales results. Everything is recorded neatly,’ he said to reporters at Balai Ternak Lampung Tengah on Friday (22 May 2026).

In addition to digitising services, BAZNAS RI also ensures Qurban distribution is carried out evenly to 3T regions and food-insecure areas through a needs-based distribution system.

The programme also introduces the ‘Kurban Kaleng’ innovation so that meat distribution can reach regions with limited access or disaster-affected areas.
