Baznas Opens Vocational Security Guard Training for Mustahik in Tangerang City

Tangerang City (ANTARA) - The National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) of Tangerang City, Banten, has opened a free vocational training programme in security services for zakat recipients (mustahik) with placement in professional employment thereafter. Baznas Kota Tangerang Chairman Aslie Elhusyairy in Tangerang, on Saturday, said participants who have completed this training will be channelled through institutions already cooperating with Baznas. Before placement is undertaken, the agency provides training to meet the standards set and the needs of each client. Baznas Kota Tangerang has opened registration for the training with a limited quota until 10 June 2026 at the Baznas Kota Tangerang Office, Jalan Nyi Mas Melati. The registration requirements are to attach a KTP (domicile in Tangerang City), two copies of the high school diploma (SMA) and equivalent, and two 3x4 photographs. Then a health certificate from a puskesmas or other healthcare facility. The participant criteria are: aged 21-38 years, male, minimum height of 165 cm with an ideal weight, no regular income activity, no permanent employment, never having been legally disqualified in Indonesia, willing to be visited by a survey team, willing to complete the training, and to comply with the rules agreed.
