Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Oliver Khaw Kar Heng, director of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), has reduced his shareholding in the mining company by 19,900 shares.

According to Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosure, the BYAN share divestment transaction took place over the period of 23–25 February 2026 through three transactions on the regular market.

In detail, on 23 February 2026, he sold 9,300 shares at Rp14,268 per share. Subsequently, on 24 February 2026, he sold 10,400 shares at Rp14,418 per share.

Finally, on 25 February 2026, he sold 200 shares at Rp14,225 per share.

As a result, Oliver’s shareholding, which previously comprised 530,900 BYAN shares, has been reduced to 511,000 shares.

All transactions have been classified as ordinary share divestment and were executed without repurchase agreement and do not change control status.

Management added that the transaction does not impact control transactions. The report further emphasised that Oliver Khaw Kar Heng is not a controlling party, and following the transaction, he has stated he has no plans to retain control over the company.
