Batu Bara Regency Accelerates TKD Data Synchronisation for Post-Disaster Recovery

The Batu Bara Regency Government is accelerating the synchronisation of Additional Regional Transfer (TKD) realisation data. This move aims to ensure that the progress of post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction can be measured accurately.

This update also serves as a basis to expedite the handling of the housing sector, which still requires attention. According to data from the Directorate General of Regional Financial Management of the Ministry of Home Affairs as of 11 September 2026, the realisation of Batu Bara’s Additional TKD was recorded at Rp0.5 billion out of a ceiling of Rp166 billion, or 0.3 per cent.

This figure remains below the aggregate realisation for North Sumatra, which reached Rp0.75 trillion out of a ceiling of Rp6.28 trillion, or 12.02 per cent.

However, during the Monitoring and Evaluation by the Task Force for the Acceleration of Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (PRR) for Sumatra on 17 September 2026, the Batu Bara Regency Government stated that regional realisation has progressed and differs from the figures in the Ministry of Home Affairs’ reporting system.

The North Sumatra Regional Coordinator for the National Post-Disaster PRR Task Force, Brigadier General TNI Fadjar Tjahjono, emphasised the importance of field inspections to ensure that data aligns with the actual results experienced by the community.
