Basuki Acts as Foreman, Continuously Overseeing IKN Project Construction

The Head of the Nusantara Capital Authority (IKN), Basuki Hadimuljono, along with his team, continues to monitor and supervise construction in the core government area. The latest inspection was conducted on Saturday (11/4/2026) in the legislative and judicial districts of the Nusantara Capital. This activity was carried out to ensure that construction progress runs according to plan and the standards that have been set. The development of the legislative and judicial districts is an important part of realising a new modern, integrated, and sustainable government centre. This project is targeted for completion in the period 2027 to 2028. The IKN Authority emphasises that every stage of construction is designed meticulously to strengthen the foundations of effective government governance. In addition, the development of this area is also expected to present a new face for Indonesia that is more competitive on a global level and oriented towards the future.
