Bareskrim Transfers Three White Rabbit Nightclub Drug Suspects to Prosecutors
The Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the Indonesian National Police has transferred three suspects in a drug trafficking case at the White Rabbit nightclub in South Jakarta to the public prosecutor’s office. The transfer was accompanied by a number of pieces of evidence.
The phase two handover was carried out by investigators from Unit V, Sub-Directorate IV of the Bareskrim Narcotics Directorate to public prosecutors at the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office today. All three suspects were accompanied by their legal counsel.
‘The handover process for the three suspects along with the evidence (phase two) to the public prosecutor proceeded safely, orderly, and smoothly,’ said Senior Commissioner Handik Zusen, Head of Sub-Directorate IV of the Bareskrim Narcotics Directorate, in a written statement on Wednesday (29/7/2026).
The evidence seized from the case includes cash, mobile phones, and a flash disk found in a black sling bag. A wallet containing Rp2,696,000 in cash was also discovered. Police additionally confiscated an ATM card and a vehicle registration document (STNK) belonging to Denny Wiraatmaja.
Furthermore, a stack of cash totalling Rp2,858,000,000 was found in a safe. Police also seized a bong, a pod containing etomidate, and mobile phones.
‘A stack of cash was found on the top shelf of the safe, totalling Rp2,858,000,000 (two billion eight hundred fifty-eight million rupiah),’ he stated.

Previously, Bareskrim investigators raided the White Rabbit nightclub on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, on Monday, 16 March 2026. The raid was conducted after investigators carried out an undercover buy operation following information about drug distribution at the nightlife venue.
The narcotics distribution operation at the South Jakarta nightclub had been ongoing for approximately two years. During the development of the case, police arrested the owner and director as well as the operational manager of the nightclub.
