Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Cybercrime Directorate (Dittipidsiber) of the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) has named YouTuber Resbob and Bigmo as suspects in a case of alleged defamation against Nurul Azizah Rosiade, also known as Azizah Salsha, the daughter of politician Andre Rosiade. ‘We have already named them as suspects this week,’ said Kombes Pol. Rizki Agung Prakoso, head of Sub-Directorate I, Dittipidsiber, Bareskrim Polri, in Jakarta, on Thursday. Rizki also said investigators will schedule examinations of both suspects, though he did not specify when. Azizah Salsha reportedly filed the complaint against the TikTok account owner @ibaratbradpitt and the YouTube account @niceguymo, namely Resbob (Adimas Firdaus) and Bigmo (Muhammad Jannah), over alleged defamation. The siblings are being charged under Article 45(4) and (6) in conjunction with Article 27A of Law Number 1 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and/or Article 310 and/or Article 311 of the Penal Code (KUHP). The complaint was filed after the two uploaded a YouTube video discussing Azizah Salsha’s private life. On 19 September 2025, mediation between Azizah Salsha’s side and Resbob and Bigmo took place, but Azizah’s side decided to continue with legal proceedings. Then, on 28 October 2025, the case advanced to the investigative stage. Meanwhile, Resbob is currently undergoing legal proceedings after being charged with disseminating hate speech against the Sundanese people via a livestream on social media.
