The Directorate of Narcotics Crime of the Indonesian National Police (Bareskrim) has destroyed narcotics evidence seized from several case disclosures. The evidence consisted of methamphetamine packaged in Chinese tea and vape cartridges containing etomidate. The destruction took place at Mabes Polri on Wednesday, 4 March, with involvement from the Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) and the Attorney General’s Office. Three suspects, initials RF, AP and M, were present. From suspect RF, police seized 23 green tea bags containing narcotics.

“The evidence for suspect RF comprises 23 green tea bags of the Guanyiwang brand, inside which are narcotics in crystal form or methamphetamine, and 95 cartridge pods containing a liquid that includes etomidate,” said Brig. Gen. Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics at Bareskrim Polri, in a statement on Thursday, 5 March 2026.

Meanwhile, from suspect AP, police seized three green tea bags containing meth. Police also destroyed two large plastic bags containing meth seized from suspect M.

“The evidence for suspect M consists of two large yellow plastic clip bags containing narcotics in crystal form or meth,” he added.

Eko said officers first checked the evidence. Afterwards, the contraband was placed into the incinerator for destruction.
