Bareskrim Arrests Two Suspects Providing Bank Accounts for Ko Erwin's Drug Network

The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of Bareskrim Polri continues to investigate the drug network allegedly linked to dealer Erwin Iskandar alias Ko Erwin. In the latest development, police arrested two suspects who provided bank accounts to receive funds from narcotics transactions. The two suspects are Muhammad Rikki (25), the account owner, and Priyo Handoko (33), who allegedly sold Rikki’s account to another party in the network, namely Andre Fernando alias ‘The Doctor’. “From suspect Arfan’s statement, he admitted that the methamphetamine was obtained from Andre Fernando using an account in the name of Muhammad Rikki,” said Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Eko Hadi Santoso in his statement on Wednesday (25/3/2026). It is known that Andre Fernando ‘The Doctor’ is a distributor who supplies methamphetamine to Ko Erwin. Polri has issued a wanted status for him. Eko stated that the account was used to receive payments for narcotics from Ko Erwin’s network. Based on this information, a team led by Kasubdit IV Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri Kombes Handik Zusen and the NIC Task Force led by Kombes Kevin Leleury conducted an investigation. On Saturday (7/3), the team investigated the Kapuk area in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Around 15:00 WIB, the team arrested Rikki at his home. “Brother Muhammad Rikki, who was on the upper floor, was immediately secured and searched,” said Eko. From initial examinations, Rikki admitted to handing over his passbook and ATM card to his associate known as Rio. The team then pursued to Rio’s house, but he was not present. Officers then combed locations frequently used as gathering spots in the area. During the search, the team managed to secure Priyo Handoko. During the search, officers found one methamphetamine smoking device (bong) at his residence. “We secured both suspects along with evidence for further examination at Bareskrim Polri,” said Eko. Hunt for Andre Fernando ‘The Doctor’ The Narcotics Crime Directorate of Bareskrim Polri has issued a wanted status for Andre Fernando alias ‘The Doctor’ (32). Andre is said to be a distributor who supplies methamphetamine to drug dealer Erwin Iskandar alias Ko Erwin. The issuance of Andre’s wanted status is contained in the DPO/32/III/Dittipidnarkoba letter dated 1 March 2026. The letter was signed by Kasubdit IV Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri Kombes Handik Zusen, who leads this investigation. “Andre Fernando is to be monitored/arrested/surrendered/informed of his whereabouts to the investigators/assisting investigators at the above police office, with number 081385277785,” the wanted letter states as quoted on Monday (2/3). Andre Fernando became a wanted person in the narcotics case involving drug dealer Ko Erwin. The Ko Erwin case also implicates former Bima City Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro and former Bima City Police Narcotics Unit Chief AKP Malaungi. Andre is said to be the figure who supplies the methamphetamine purchased by Ko Erwin for distribution in the Bima area, NTB. Ko Erwin is known to have conducted two transactions with Andre in January 2026. The first transaction was worth Rp 400 million for 2 kg of methamphetamine. Then, the second transaction was Rp 400 million for 3 kg of methamphetamine received.
