Bappenas Committed to Strengthening Financial Accountability and Governance
The Minister of National Development Planning (PPN)/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappamin) Rachmat Pambudy has committed to strengthening accountability and financial governance by following up on recommendations from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK).
“The results of the BPK audit serve as vital input to improve the quality of financial management and accountability,” he stated during the handover of the Audit Result Report (LHP) for the 2025 Bappenas Financial Statements, alongside a delegation from the BPK, in Jakarta on Monday.
He noted that the BPK is a crucial institution in auditing the management and responsibility of state finances. Consequently, he emphasised that every audit finding must be continuously monitored, scrutinised, and acted upon.
