Banten Police Warn Applicants for Polri Recruitment Not to Trust Brokers
The Banten Regional Police state that the recruitment process for 2026 Polri members has already opened. They urge applicants to be cautious and not to trust brokers.
The selection stages for the Police Academy, Non-Commissioned Officers, and Enlisted Personnel under the 2026 Fiscal Year have commenced with online registration and verification from 9 to 30 March 2026. Subsequent stages include signing an integrity pact, initial administrative checks, health examinations, psychological tests, academic exams, and various further stages that will continue until mid-2026 before proceeding to central-level selection.
“The Banten Regional Police reaffirm our commitment to conducting the selection process in a clean, transparent, accountable, and humane manner (BETAH),” stated Deputy Chief of Banten Police Brigadier General Hendra Wirawan on Tuesday (7/4/2026).
Hendra advised the public not to be influenced by brokerage practices that promise success outside official procedures.
“We emphasise that there are no fees of any kind, and there is no room for brokerage practices or cheating in this selection,” he said.
Hendra conveyed that selection participants must trust their own abilities. He stated that no parties can assist outside official procedures.
“We invite all participants and the public to jointly oversee this process. Trust in your own abilities, because success is determined by hard work and competence, not by irresponsible parties,” he said.
The Banten Regional Police hope that the entire 2026 Polri member recruitment process can run smoothly and produce superior, professional prospective members with high integrity to provide the best service to the public.
