Banten Police Request Local Governments to Optimise Idle Land for Maize Farming

The Banten Provincial Police Chief, along with his ranks and a farmer group mentored by the Water and Air Police Unit of the Banten Police, carried out the planting of maize seedlings utilising 4 hectares of idle land owned by residents in Bagendung Sub-district, Cilegon City, on Thursday (23/4). The Banten Police Chief also requested local governments, sub-district heads, and village heads to optimise the utilisation of idle land, especially former mining sites, to be worked into maize farming land.
