Banten Police Deploy 3,972 Personnel to Secure Eid Holiday

The Banten Regional Police has deployed 3,972 personnel from combined units for Operation Ketupat Maung 2026 in the Banten region. Banten Police Chief Inspector General Hengki stated on Thursday (12 March) that the personnel, drawn from the National Police (Polri), Armed Forces (TNI), and various relevant stakeholders, will be on standby at 57 security posts established along migration routes and ports. Their deployment aims to ensure smooth travel and provide security and comfort to residents passing through the Banten region during the upcoming Eid holiday period.
