Banten Hajj Dormitory Begins Serving Prospective Hajj Pilgrims for 2026

The Grand El-Hajj Asrama Haji Banten in Tangerang City, Banten, began its first operations this year, serving 9,192 prospective Hajj pilgrims from Banten Province. These pilgrims are divided into 24 flight groups (kloter) and will be accommodated from 21 April to 18 May 2026. Staff assisted an elderly prospective pilgrim by pushing a wheelchair towards the assembly hall at the dormitory on Tuesday (21/4/2026). Health checks were also conducted on the prospective pilgrims at the facility on the same day.
