Banking sector's competitiveness

To enhance the banking sectors' competitiveness we should take
into account the following strategy.

Only two banks are needed: one with a major orientation on
cooperatives and the other dealing with retailers and middle-
scale businesses. The existing network should be maintained.

Rationalization should be kept at a minimum and carried out
gradually, to effect all regional branch offices. And last but
not least, the need to maintain professionalism. It is also not
necessary to burden the director with the task of approving
credit.
