Bank Sultra Successfully Holds Grand Draw of BANGHOKI Programme
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sulawesi Tenggara or Bank Sultra has successfully held the peak event of the prize draw from the innovative BANGHOKI (Banggona Hoki) programme. The lively event was centred at the courtyard of the former MTQ Monument on Saturday (25/4/2026), which also formed part of the festive series marking the 62nd anniversary of Southeast Sulawesi Province.
This peak event constituted the draw for the grand prizes, following previous stages. On Friday, 24 April 2026, the organising committee had sealed the drawing equipment and conducted the draw for 880 other prizes.
To ensure transparency and accountability, the entire process from sealing to drawing was witnessed and certified by the Social Services Office (Dinsos) of Southeast Sulawesi Province, the Kendari City Police Resort (Polresta), and a notary. This ensured that all winners were selected fairly and openly.
The peak BANGHOKI draw event was attended by the Governor of Southeast Sulawesi, Major General TNI (Ret.) Andi Sumangerukka, regents and mayors across Sultra, the Head of OJK Sultra, the Head of BI Sultra Representative, and Forkopimda Sultra officials. Bank Sultra’s President Director, Andri Permana Diputra Abubakar, in his address, emphasised the bank’s efficiency and positive performance.
“This evening’s peak draw event is very special as it is combined with the Harmoni Sultra activities for the 62nd anniversary of Southeast Sulawesi Province. We extend our utmost thanks to the Governor for, through this integration, enabling us to achieve optimal budget efficiency without diminishing the event’s liveliness. We are very proud to see the extraordinary enthusiasm from customers; during the period from July to December 2025, the number of BANGHOKI draw participants (NOA) grew by 48%, and the balance amount surged by 58% to Rp1.2 trillion. Given this very significant growth in low-cost funds, it is likely that we will continue the BANGHOKI programme in 2026 to further enhance loyalty among our loyal customers while attracting new ones to Bank Sultra,” said Andri in an official statement on Monday (27/4/2026).
Southeast Sulawesi Governor, Major General TNI (Ret.) Andi Sumangerukka, who also serves as the controlling shareholder, welcomed this strategic step.
“We appreciate the Bank Sultra management for integrating the BANGHOKI draw into the Harmoni Sultra festivities. This is a smart form of budget efficiency that deserves emulation. Bank Sultra plays a vital role, with 57% of its profits returned to the region as Original Regional Income (PAD). These funds are then recirculated to finance infrastructure, education, and health development. By saving at Bank Sultra, ladies and gentlemen are indirectly contributing to building the region we love,” he concluded.
The BANGHOKI programme officially ran from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 and was open to all individual customers of SIMPEDA accounts who had activated Bank Sultra Mobile Banking. Participation requirements were straightforward: maintaining a minimum balance of Rp1,000,000 at the end of the programme period. The programme offered various fantastic prizes as follows:
Grand Prize: 2 Toyota Raize cars
