Bank Sulteng EGM Ratifies Shareholder Capital Injection Funds
Palu (ANTARA) - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sulawesi Tengah, known as Bank Sulteng, has ratified the capital injection funds (DSM) from the provincial and district/city governments during the 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS-LB).
“We have ratified the capital injection in the form of shares from the province and districts/cities,” said Central Sulawesi Governor Anwar Hafid in Palu on Wednesday.
He stated that the meeting also discussed administrative adjustments, such as the bank’s articles of association and bylaws. Additionally, there is a forward-looking business plan where the employee cooperative is granted the authority to own shares in Bank Sulteng.
Prior to the RUPS-LB on 12 August 2026, the share ownership composition of Bank Sulteng, from largest to smallest, was as follows: the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government held 30.64 percent, or 1,507,448 shares. PT Mega Corpora held 26.00 percent, or 1,279,348 shares. The Parigi Moutong Regency Government held 4.93 percent, or 242,638 shares.
The Banggai Regency Government held 4.85 percent, or 238,417 shares. The Tolitoli Regency Government held 4.52 percent, or 222,523 shares. The Banggai Kepulauan Regency Government held 3.68 percent, or 181,068 shares.
The Poso Regency Government held 3.49 percent, or 171,897 shares. The Donggala Regency Government held 3.42 percent, or 168,487 shares. The Tojo Una-Una Regency Government held 3.34 percent, or 164,495 shares. The Buol Regency Government held 3.02 percent, or 148,407 shares.
The North Morowali Regency Government held 2.94 percent, or 144,741 shares. The Morowali Regency Government held 2.93 percent, or 144,164 shares. The Palu City Government held 2.56 percent, or 125,728 shares. The Banggai Laut Regency Government held 2.31 percent, or 113,591 shares, and the Sigi Regency Government held 1.36 percent, or 66,746 shares.
Meanwhile, Bank Sulteng Compliance Director Judy Koagow stated that the additional capital injection depends on the capability of each region. The Central Sulawesi Provincial Government injected an additional capital of IDR 25 billion, and the total injection from districts and cities has reached approximately IDR 90 billion.
He added that with this additional capital, PT Mega Corpora will also adjust its capital injection, with a maximum share ownership composition of 26 percent.
“That is a requirement within the Bank Sulteng and Mega Corpora Business Group (KUB),” he said.
