Bank Raya Encourages Students and MSMEs to Be More Productive
As a digital bank under the BRI Group, Bank Raya continues to promote digital financial literacy in the community through various educational activities. This time, Bank Raya presented the Inspiraya programme with the theme ‘Financial Wellness in the Digital Era: Manage Money According to Goals, Live More Peacefully’. The event featured M. Farhad, Head of the Digital & Product Division at Bank Raya, and financial planner Lolita Setyawati as speakers. Through this discussion, participants were invited to understand the importance of planned financial management, from organising daily needs and saving for medium- and long-term goals, to separating business and personal finances for healthier and more sustainable management. During the session, Lolita shared insights on the importance of financial wellness in the digital age, where the ease of transactions and access to various financial services must be balanced with disciplined, goal-oriented planning. According to her, healthy financial management starts with understanding priorities, creating a realistic budget, building consistent saving habits, and preparing an emergency fund and long-term financial goals from an early stage. Farhad conveyed that the use of digital technology can help people build better financial habits if supported by relevant and user-friendly features. He stated that in the digital era, financial management should become part of a healthy and productive lifestyle. Through the Raya App, Bank Raya aims to provide a banking experience that is not only practical for transactions but also helps customers manage their finances according to their goals, whether for daily needs, savings, emergency funds, or business management. Farhad emphasised that the ‘Saku Bisnis’ (Business Pocket) feature in the Raya App is designed to help business operators manage their finances more disciplinedly by separating business and personal funds. ‘With neater and more easily monitored cash flow, we hope business operators can focus more on developing their businesses,’ he said. The Inspiraya programme is a regular financial literacy initiative held both online and offline as part of the bank’s efforts to educate the public on practical financial management that meets current needs. Throughout 2026, Bank Raya’s financial literacy programme has produced more than 40 content pieces, reaching over 50,000 audience members. Corporate Secretary of Bank Raya, Ajeng Putri Hapsari, explained that as a digital bank within the BRI Group, the company continues to strive to provide financial literacy that is relevant to the needs of today’s society, particularly the younger generation and business operators. ‘Through Inspiraya, we want to encourage more people to develop healthy financial habits, manage money according to their goals, and utilise digital banking services practically to support their productivity and financial well-being,’ she said. During the event, Bank Raya also introduced the convenience of digital banking services through the Raya App, which is designed to help customers manage their finances more practically, in a planned manner, and according to their needs.
