Bank of India (BSWD) Appoints New President Commissioner and Business Director
PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk. (BSWD) has announced changes to its management structure across both the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. These changes were approved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (RUPSLB) held on 5 March 2026.
According to disclosure filings with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), management has appointed Amit Kumar Singh as Business Director of PT Bank of India Indonesia, replacing Chandra Sekhar Mukherjee.
From the Board of Commissioners, management has appointed Ashok Kumar Pathak as Principal Non-Independent Commissioner, replacing Sudhiranjan Padhi.
The management restructuring follows the issuance of several decisions by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) following the completion of fit and proper tests for the proposed management appointees.
The company has stated that the management restructuring became effective on 5 March 2026. The changes have no direct impact on the company’s operational activities, legal status, financial condition, or business continuity.
