Bank NTB Syariah Partners with Easybook to Implement E-Ticketing at Senggigi Port
PT Bank NTB Syariah is supporting digital transformation in the transportation and tourism sectors through a new partnership with PT Easybook Teknologi Indonesia. The collaboration will implement an electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) system at Senggigi Port in West Lombok.
The e-ticketing service at Senggigi Port will be integrated directly with Bank NTB Syariah’s digital ecosystem. Passengers and tourists will be able to enjoy the convenience of cashless transactions using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), virtual accounts, and Bank NTB Syariah accounts via the Easybook platform.
Adhi Susantio, Director of Funds and Transactions at PT Bank NTB Syariah, described the partnership as a strategic move to expand the use of sharia-compliant financial services in productive sectors while strengthening the region’s digital ecosystem. "Bank NTB Syariah welcomes this collaboration as part of a joint effort to provide easier, safer, and more efficient payment services for the public," he stated.
Adhi noted that the modernisation through e-ticketing goes beyond improving service quality; it will also create transparency and accountability in transactions at one of NTB’s key tourism gateways. He expressed hope that the partnership would serve as a model for developing digital services in the transportation and tourism sectors across other regions in West Nusa Tenggara.
PT Easybook Teknologi Indonesia is an online ticketing platform and transportation integration provider with an established track record across several Southeast Asian countries. The synergy between Bank NTB Syariah and Easybook is expected to accelerate modern, efficient, and technology-based public service governance in West Lombok, particularly within the maritime transport and tourism sectors.
