Bank Niaga opens new outlet

BANDUNG (JP): Publicly listed PT Bank Niaga launched a new
banking outlet here early this week as part of its expansion into
the provincial capital.

The new outlet has an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), an
electronic self-service desk and a telephone terminal, said
Individual Banking Director Andi M. Hatta on Monday

"With all the machines Bank Niaga's customers can do their
banking transactions without the assistance of any bank
officials," Andi said.

He said the bank wanted to increase the number of its
individual customers nationwide from 650,000 currently to three
million within the next three years. (25/udi)
