JAKARTA - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). In this AGMS, shareholders approved the Company’s Annual Report for the 2025 fiscal year, including the endorsement of the Company’s financial performance report and the Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners.

Throughout 2025, the Company recorded performance improvements, as reflected in a net profit of Rp565.69 billion, an increase compared to the 2024 net profit of Rp19.88 billion.

Shareholders also approved the allocation of the Company’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year, with the entire amount booked as retained earnings. This decision was taken as a step to strengthen the Company’s capital structure to support sustainable business growth.

“This step is taken to ensure that the Company’s management runs in a more integrated, effective manner, and aligned with the Company’s long-term strategic direction,” he said in a written statement on Wednesday (6/5/2026).

He explained that shareholders decided to appoint Adrian Wibisono Soewardjo and Indra Aditya Sanjaya as directors of the Company, effective after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Adrian is a seasoned banker with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including at banks offering digital services, particularly in banking operations. Meanwhile, Indra is a practitioner in risk management with more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry.

Meanwhile, Aditya Wahyu Windarwo and Ricko Irwanto, who have served since 2021, have completed their terms as directors of the Company.

The AGMS also approved the reappointment of Inkawan D. Jusi as Independent Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk.

“We appreciate the trust and support from shareholders and all stakeholders towards Bank Neo Commerce. The performance achievements in 2025 reflect the results of ongoing efforts to strengthen business fundamentals, maintain growth quality, and improve operational efficiency,” he said.

“Going forward, we will continue to enhance organisational capabilities and drive service innovations so that the Company can grow healthily and sustainably as a digital banking service relevant to society’s needs,” he added.

“The Company will continue to pursue various strategic steps to strengthen its position as one of Indonesia’s leading digital banking providers, through the provision of innovative banking products and services that meet society’s needs,” he concluded.
