Bank Muamalat Provides Optimal Services to Customers After Eid al-Fitr Holiday
PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk has confirmed its operational readiness and staff preparedness to deliver optimal services to customers after resuming normal operations from Wednesday (25/3) following the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday. SEVP Operations of Bank Muamalat, Dedy Suryadi Dharmawan, stated that all branches have returned to operations in accordance with the applicable service hours, namely 08:00-15:30 local time. “After several days of Eid al-Fitr holiday in 2026, the bank’s operations are eagerly awaited by customers. This is understandable, given that economic activities are gradually recovering, and we are confident that many customers will require banking services, both for personal and business purposes,” said Dedy in his statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. Dedy noted that 25 March 2026 marks the moment when the wheels of the economy begin to turn again. Banking activities are also running as usual, including services at branches, teller operations, and other administrative services through customer service. In addition to face-to-face services at branches, Bank Muamalat continues to rely on digital channels as part of its strategy to enhance customer convenience and relevance. Various Sharia banking services and information can be accessed through Muamalat DIN mobile banking, internet banking, Madina cash management system, as well as the ATM network spread across various regions. With the optimisation of these digital services, customers can still conduct Sharia financial transactions anytime and anywhere, including during important moments like the recently concluded Eid holiday. Bank Muamalat hopes that this combination of physical and digital services can support the increasingly diverse transaction needs of customers and drive Sharia-based economic growth. Dedy added that going forward, Bank Muamalat positions itself as a Sharia bank focused on the Hajj, Umrah, and Zakat-Wakaf ecosystem, with the hope of making a real contribution to strengthening the community’s economy. “Insya Allah, Bank Muamalat will always provide the best service to customers and become the Path of Migration Towards Blessings for anyone who wishes to build a better, more peaceful, and more meaningful financial future,” said Dedy.
