The consumer financing portfolio of PT Bank Mega Syariah continues to show growth in early 2026, amidst increasing public demand for retail-based financing and long-term investments. As of April 2026, Bank Mega Syariah’s total consumer portfolio reached over Rp 586 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of more than 23 per cent.

Area 1, covering Jakarta and its surrounding regions, remains the largest contributor to the consumer portfolio with financing values reaching Rp 202.7 billion. Meanwhile, financing quality remains stable, with the non-performing financing (NPF) ratio maintained at zero per cent. Benadicto Alvonzo Ferary, Head of the Digital Business & Product Management Division at Bank Mega Syariah, stated that the growth in consumer financing indicates a high demand for more flexible and well-planned financing solutions, including gradual gold ownership.

In addition to driving financing growth, the consumer segment has contributed significantly to the company’s revenue. In April 2026, consumer revenue reached Rp 5.4 billion, growing by 12.28 per cent compared to the previous month. Looking ahead, Bank Mega Syariah intends to continue strengthening consumer financing by developing products based on community needs and expanding access to financing services across various regions.

Overall, Bank Mega Syariah also recorded a strengthening in its financing business. Total disbursed financing reached over Rp 9.26 trillion, an increase of more than 7.2 per cent compared to the end of the previous year, which stood at Rp 8.64 trillion. In line with this growth, revenue from receivables increased to over Rp 118 billion, or approximately 40.9 per cent growth up to the first quarter of 2026. Furthermore, profit-sharing income rose by about 4.7 per cent to over Rp 114.73 billion.
