Bank Mega (MEGA) Overhauls Board of Directors, Appoints Two New Names

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) has overhauled its board of directors through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held on Tuesday (31/3/2026). Shareholders approved the appointment of Mariam and Jemy Kristian Soegiarto as directors. Both will assume their positions after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through the fit and proper test. “To approve the appointment of Mariam and Jemy Kristian Soegiarto as directors of the company, effective from the time when the individuals have obtained OJK approval for the assessment of competence and propriety (fit and proper test),” stated management following the AGMS. The term of Indivara Erni as Deputy President Director will end. This change is related to her assignment to PT Mega Corpora. The effectiveness awaits OJK approval for the appointment of Jemy Kristian Soegiarto, targeted for 30 September 2026.
