Bank Mantap Targets Foreign Exchange Bank Status and KBMI 3 Upgrade by 2028

President Director of Bank Mandiri Taspen, Panji Irawan, has highlighted the importance of digital transformation in boosting efficiency and growing the banking business. Bank Mantap’s digitalisation is being implemented on two fronts: customer service through the Movin by Mantap Mobile application and internal business automation, which simplifies business processes. The impact of this digitalisation is reflected in reduced operational costs. One of the digital service features developed in the Movin by Mantap Mobile app is a gold savings feature that can be utilised by customers, including pensioners. Furthermore, Bank Mantap is targeting business growth to achieve the position of a Foreign Exchange Bank and to upgrade its classification to the Core Capital Bank Group (KBMI) 3 by 2028.
