Bank Mandiri's Net Profit Reaches Rp 30.4 Trillion in First Half of 2026, Credit Grows 19.9 Percent

PT Bank Mandiri Tbk posted a consolidated net profit of Rp 30.4 trillion in the first half of 2026, marking a 24.4 percent increase compared to the same period last year. This performance was underpinned by credit growth that reached Rp 1,592 trillion, a 19.9 percent year-on-year rise. The bank’s credit expansion significantly exceeded the national banking industry average, which stood at 12.7 percent as of June 2026. From the funding side, third-party funds increased by 17.1 percent year-on-year to Rp 1,710 trillion. Bank Mandiri President Director Riduan stated that the credit growth was driven by financing across various productive sectors, including government strategic projects, infrastructure, energy, and support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). ‘These ecosystems complement each other and support the distribution of national priority programmes, from financing government strategic projects to strengthening the competitiveness of business players and expanding financial access for MSMEs and the public,’ Riduan said during the Bank Mandiri Second Quarter 2026 Public Expose. As of June 2026, credit disbursement within the government and state-owned enterprise (SOE) ecosystem reached Rp 489 trillion, growing 41.6 percent year-on-year, while micro business loans increased by 15.7 percent to Rp 31.3 trillion.
