Bank Mandiri's Livin' App Processes 1,700 Transactions Per Hour
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. has reported that its super app, Livin’ by Mandiri, is now processing an average of approximately 1,700 transactions per hour, driven by a growing user base and increased digital transaction intensity. Novita Widya Anggraini, Director of Finance & Strategy at Bank Mandiri, stated that as of the first half of 2026, Livin’ has been used by more than 41 million customers. “Livin’ has grown to handle an average of 1,700 transactions per hour. One can only imagine the significant costs if all these transactions were conducted conventionally,” Novita said during the company’s first-half 2026 performance presentation in Jakarta on Thursday (23/7/2026).
In addition to Livin’, the bank’s wholesale digital platform, Kopra by Mandiri, continues to grow, serving around 354,000 users, approximately 84% of whom are MSMEs. To expand its digital ecosystem, Bank Mandiri has introduced several new features on Livin’, including KSM Emas, a credit facility where deposits can be used as collateral for loans, and Livin’ Next G, designed to introduce a savings culture to children from an early age.
The optimisation of these digital channels is reflected in the company’s solid profitability for the first half of the year. The company recorded a return on equity (ROE) of 24.3% and a return on assets (ROA) of 17.5%. On the funding side, Bank Mandiri’s third-party funds (DPK) grew by 17.1% year-on-year (yoy), outpacing the overall banking industry’s growth.
