Bank Mandiri has reactivated the account belonging to Supriyono alias Botok, coordinator of the Pati United Community Alliance (AMPB), on Wednesday (26/8/2026). The account had previously been subject to a transaction suspension.

Bank Mandiri President Director Riduan said the reactivation was carried out after the bank received instructions from Polda Metro Jaya and the leadership of House of Representatives Commission III.

“As conveyed in the joint press conference with the leadership of Commission III of the House of Representatives and Polda Metro Jaya, Bank Mandiri has followed up on the transaction suspension status of Mr Supriyono’s account, so that the account can be used again as it should be from today, 26 August 2026,” Riduan said in his holding statement on Wednesday (26/8/2026) evening.

Riduan expressed gratitude for the public’s input, attention and trust in Bank Mandiri. He also apologised for the inconvenience caused by the transaction suspension on the account.

Previously, in a joint press conference with Commission III of the House of Representatives and Polda Metro Jaya, Riduan said Bank Mandiri would follow up on the instruction to immediately reactivate Supriyono’s account.

“As a bank that serves customers with consequences regulated in the regulations, we will follow up, Mr Director of General Criminal Investigation, on what was conveyed earlier to immediately reactivate the account that was previously subject to a transaction suspension,” he said.

Riduan emphasised that Bank Mandiri carries out its responsibilities in accordance with applicable banking regulations. He also assured that banking service conditions remain normal.

“No, there is nothing. It is normal. Everything is normal,” Riduan said when asked about the possibility of customers withdrawing or moving funds due to the case.

He also dismissed concerns about the impact of the case on Bank Mandiri. When asked about the condition of Bank Mandiri’s shares, Riduan answered briefly, “Normal, as usual. The economy.”

Riduan affirmed Bank Mandiri’s commitment to continue providing services to customers and the Indonesian public.

“Bank Mandiri continues to be committed to providing the best service to customers and the Indonesian people,” Riduan said.
